Moore Guitars

I have been looking for an additional guitar for several years now. I decided on getting the PRS SE Standard 24, which is an incredible guitar. I shopped around and found that Moore Guitars had the best price. They also set the guitar up and triple inspected everything on it. Shipping was fast and free. How can you beat customer service like that? Thank you all so very much.

I ordered a high-end Taylor 12-string guitar online that arrived in perfect condition and as quickly as promised. Rob was great to work with online and was happy to answer my questions when I called their store before completing the transaction. I got a great deal on a guitar that clearly had been cared for and was shipped quickly. Moore has earned my future business and would recommend them to anyone purchasing a guitar online.

Was shopping on Sweetwater for a PRS when I decided to jump over to Moore's website first. They had the same guitar at the same sale price, so I ordered from them to ship it. They called me the day it was ready asking if I wanted to pick it up instead since I'm so close, which I gladly took them up on. They included some Moore goodies with the guitar which was a great surprise. I've been a customer since they were at their old location on Morgan Ave and have always been pleased. Great crew over there, support local!

I went in to check their PRS line, very nice. They range in economy to how ever much you want to pay for a guitar. Lol But this store is a guitar players heaven. They have all the major brands and a good selection of all. It's not just for guitar players its a musians music store. They will compete with any store in Nashville. Some even better then. When I pass through evensville. I always have to stop in Moores. All the staff are friendly. It's just a cool place to be!!!

They have a decent staff, personally they have nothing of interest in the realms of guitars and gear, where are the used instruments? The vintage, etc? Probably because they want a 50% of street value when you bring used gear in…yikes… They try to be boutique and original but they fall flat. The owner is pretty cool guy tho no hard feelings :/

I just wanted to say that my interaction with this store,and its staff is the best I've ever experienced. Picked up a Taylor 214ce, the price was great,and the help selecting the perfect guitar was next level.... shout out to Cory and Rob for being patient and helpful. I would tell anyone who asks,this is where you need to be, good service, great product,and always willing to go the extra mile !!!!!!!

Beyond professional. Maybe the nicest people I've ever seen manage a music store. Rob, who I believe was either the GM or assistant GM (My apologies, I don't remember), was courteous, knowledgeable and showed a passion for helping his customers. I came in to buy some guitar strings and he wound up adjusting the neck of my Taylor, cleaning it up and putting new strings on it and did all this for just the price of the strings. Talk about an incredible first impression. I will be back whenever I need more equipment, and I would like Rob to know he made my day by being so helpful and generous.

It’s been a looong time since I have been inside Moore Music. In fact, last time I was there it wasn’t called Moore Music and their store was on Morgan Ave! I must admit, they have changed and it’s amazing. Their shop reminds me of something you would find in a big city. The layout is gorgeous and makes sense considering how much is there. I bought a used pedal I have looked at a million times online for a fraction of the price it would be new. Works like a dream. While the store has a big city feel, the staff make the store feel welcoming and inviting. They want you to grab a pic and play something (ask for help when grabbing something off the wall, it’s the polite thing to do). They want to hear you play the same pentatonic scales on every amp. Finding “your sound” is difficult and these people are here to help. Moore music has been a part of the community for a long, long time. They are kinda like The Godfather of local scene. They care about Evansville and it’s inspiring to see a local store thriving.
